On March 14th, community members gathered in the Girl Scout Building for the Community Presentation of the Emerging Leaders Summit to End Gun Violence. One of the goals of this presentation was for youth to share their perspectives, which are often overlooked. They discussed the current state of gun violence in schools and on social media and shared ideas they had come up with in work groups to end gun violence.
