With several Trustees out sick or joining remotely, the Board work session reviewed the role of the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority in promoting economic development, and the introduction of housing incentives to address the housing gap. In the regular meeting the board considered the adoption of the False Violation Report Ordinance to prevent misuse of Township resources, and held a first reading of ordinance changes for Warehouse and Distribution Center zoning. The Board met in closed session for the final portion of the meeting.
