The Council agreed to draft a contract with Rob McCain to train part time city employees to take over code enforcement through August 31st. The Council will send a 90 day notice to terminate the current code enforcement/building inspector contract with SAFEbuilt. The council also approved a resolution for a water/sewer rate increase.
