The Board approved the amendment of the criminal code’s misdemeanor ordinance reinstating littering as a municipal civil infraction. The board reviewed the fire department report noting 9 emergency events per day. Trustee Steve Leuty offered information on the Township’s streetlight upgrades and the savings so far.
