Public Media Network serves as a teaching hub for students looking to develop their media skills. We’ve paired interns with several downtown restaurants to give them real-world experience while also bringing attention to key businesses in our community.
Speaking of hubs, the first restaurant featured by interns Antonina Gramatnikovska and Alex Jewell is the HUB Tavern + Grill in downtown’s Epic Center.
Antonina interviewed sous chef Samuel, who, among other things, created the show-stopping Jalapeno Bacon Croquettes.
Alex provided lively camera work using dynamic angles and swooping shots for added flair.
