The Commission held a public hearing to review the 2025 Draft Budget, Revised Fee Schedule, and the 4 year Draft Roads Capital Improvement Plan. The Commission also reviewed a variety of Board policies including the Commissioner Code Conduct and other personnel details like resignation, termination, and a Generative Artificial Intelligence Acceptable Use Policy.
As Managing Director, Joanna Johnson served her last meeting the Commission established the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer Travis Bartholemew as Clerk and Superintendent and approved a Proclamation honoring Director Johnson upon her retirement.
