The Board approved the second reading of ordinance 540 – having removed permission of alcohol on park premises. The Comstock Fire and Rescue department requested to hire 5 fire fighters. 3 part time probationary and 2 part time on call probationary firefighters. The Board also approved the Consumers energy easement agreement to allow 12 ft on either side of a gas pipe in Merrill Park. A portion of the park will be closed while the construction is happening.
