On Thursday, October 30, 2025, Harvin Singh Sandhu, new Co-Owner and Property Manager of 125 South Kalamazoo Mall, celebrated the grand reopening of the City Centre Event Space in downtown Kalamazoo.
Sandhu shared how his journey began after moving his office downtown and noticing the buildings potential. With support from the City of Kalamazoo Economic Development Department, the reopening event came together as part of the city’s broader efforts to encourage downtown revitalization.
The venue now welcomes weddings, banquets, corporate events, and cultural celebrations, offering flexible vendor options to embrace the areas diversity. Sandhu expressed his excitement about contributing to Kalamazoo’s growth and called for local entrepreneurs to join in by bringing new businesses downtown, a move he believes will strengthen community connections and enhance the city’s unique character.
