The community helped support and uplift Joy Morris-Burton through challenging times, and they hope to do the same for others by providing a welcoming and inclusive space for anyone to come out and dance. Move With Joy movement studio offers classes for little to no cost to those who often can’t afford the expense of dance. As owners, instructors, and dancers, Joy and Aerick Burton work to meet people where they’re at. By removing the limitations of a dress code or even a technical level of dance, they give people the freedom to express themselves. Their dance studio also doubles as an art gallery where local artists can display their work.
