Kalamazoo County Road Commissioner Larry Stehouwer stopped by to update the board on current and upcoming roadwork. The Board reviewed the 2023 Audit Presentation with Peter Haefner of Vredeveld/Haefner Accountants. The New Township Hall Sign was budgeted and approved for $80,000 but came in well under budget at $48,317 with additional cost for electrical work. Ordinance 540 was returned for a first reading after permission of alcohol on park premises was removed. The ordinance sets park policies including open and closing and was approved unanimously.
