Various boards and departments gathered for the Bi-Annual Oshtemo Township Joint Board meeting. While typically the meeting offers a presentation from each department the Township chose to focus the meeting on two primary reports. First representatives from Progressive A&E presented the Comprehensive Master Plan and updates on its ongoing Implementation. Second, Public Works Director Anna Horner reviewed the Complete Streets: Non-Motorized Design planning initiative as the Township addresses street connectivity, travel network updates, and community feedback. Finally there were brief updates from Friends of the Parks, Public Works, and the SOUTH DRAKE ROAD CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY, as well as closing comments from Supervisor Cheri Bell.
