A bale processor is used primarily in agriculture, Its main function is to break down and process large bales of hay, straw, or silage into smaller, more manageable pieces. Although the equipment is traditionally used to distribute feed to livestock the Commission will deploy the unit to address roadside conditions and erosion. The purchase will occur in the new year.
